You talked, we listened! Based on customer feedback, we are excited to offer this once-in-a-lifetime trip to Spain and Portugal, January 30th through February 15th, 2025!

This tour will immerse you in the traditions, history, and culture of both Spain and Portugal. We will visit cathedrals, palaces, museums and everything in between while enjoying delicious regional food and leisure exploration. With expert local guides, comfortable accommodations, and exclusive experiences, we hope you will join us for this extraordinary adventure!

Educational Travel Policy:

All travel deposits and payments are non-refundable due to mandatory deposits made on your behalf. We do understand that sometimes life happens, which is why we strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance to ensure that you are covered if life does happen to you!

If you need to cancel, there is no guarantee of any refund or account credit for our travel. It is recommended that you try to find someone to take your place or utilize your trip insurance for reimbursement.

For Continuing Education to continue to provide the community with the outreach programming that we have, all cancellations will include a 6% administrative fee.

Subject To Change Note:

Prices subject to change based on tax and fuel increases. Departure/return dates subject to change based on airline scheduling. We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary based on the best interests of the group.

Single Supplement Note:

Continuing Education (CE) overnight trips are based on double occupancy. If travelers would prefer a single room, we offer a single-supplement fee option for your convenience.

If you do not have a roommate, please register for the single occupancy. If requested, CE will make every attempt to match roommates for your trip. If you find a roommate, we will manually change your status to double occupancy. Any deposits paid will remain as a credit on your account and will be applied to your final payment. If your final payment has been made, you will receive a credit voucher, which can be applied toward a class or your next trip with us.
