Cancellation Policy
Educational Travel Policy:
All travel deposits and payments are non-refundable due to mandatory deposits made on your behalf.
Subject To Change Note:
Prices subject to change based on tax and fuel increases. Departure/return dates subject to change based on airline scheduling. We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary based on the best interests of the group.
Single Supplement Note:
Continuing Education (CE) overnight trips are based on double occupancy. If travelers would prefer a single room, we offer a single-supplement fee option for your convenience.
If you do not have a roommate, please register for the single occupancy. If requested, CE will make every attempt to match roommates for your trip. If you find a roommate, we will manually change your status to double occupancy. Any deposits paid will remain as a credit on your account and will be applied to your final payment. If your final payment has been made, you will receive a credit voucher which can be applied toward a class or your next trip with us.
We understand that sometimes life happens. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance to ensure that you are covered in the event that life does happen to you! In order for Continuing Education to continue to provide the community with the outreach programming that we have, all cancellations will be assessed a 6% administrative fee.
If you would like to provide a donation or contribute to our scholarship fund, you can do so at check-out by adding any dollar amount to your order! You can also contact our department at continuing-ed@uwm.edu. Continuing Education is cost-recovery and relies on community donations to help support its programs.
Thank you for your continued support!
